I’m a West London based, fully accredited, child counsellor.
I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor working with children and young people, with over five years’ clinical experience across private clinics, schools, and online. I trained in Integrative Child Psychotherapy, with further study in Gestalt Psychotherapy for adult and group work, and I support children, young people, adults, and groups.
My approach is integrative and creative, drawing on attachment theory, Dan Hughes’s PACE model, neuroscience, and safeguarding. I often use the arts — painting, sand-tray, clay, movement, music, and drama — as safe ways for children and young people to explore their feelings.
I also offer Parent Therapy, helping carers strengthen family life with the child’s wellbeing at the centre. My background in the arts and community work continues to enrich how I practice.
I warmly welcome children, young adults, and parents into therapy — in person or online.
